If you could eat a single food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

You will not gain weight or develop a vitamin deficiency, this food will magically fill all your dietary needs.

But you can ONLY eat this food, every day, every meal, until you die. What do you pick?

How restrictive is this?

Can I say deep fried tofu, in different dipping sauces, or do I have to pick a specific sauce?

Some sort of fresh, hand-pulled noodle dish.

Or Chik'n strips with chipotle mayo.

If the food has variation in itself IE: Pizza, "Burger" does that mean I can technically enjoy a certain food in different ways or does it have to specifically be A version of a category or sub category of a food.

Also given the fact I can just say "potato" I do not need other ingredients to altar the state in which said potato will be consumed, I can slide it thinly and bake into chips, put through a shoe-string cutter for McDonald style fries. Mash em, bake em make vodka etc. OR is there cooking / altering said items state clause in effect?

We need to know these things desu only then can I decide. And even then there is a lot to consider.

That's how dumb you sound. The definition of a salad is not "food in a bowl". Pizza and burgers are not salads when eaten out of a bowl.

There's this Mexican dish which is a mix of different dishes it's called "alambre Al pastor con queso" it's orange meat which is let on a tasty spice mix (which causes the orange color) with some sauteed peppers and onions all kept togheter by Oaxaca cheese with a squeeze of lime on top, you can just eat it with utensils or you can put it on tortillas. Each bite tastes similar, but not the same. It would be delicious and not become or take longer to become groundhog day.

Milk.
Just milk.

I could drink cold milk (or even room-temperature milk) indefinitely. If I'm holding a huge glass of cold milk, it's all I can do not to just chug the whole thing. When I was a kid, I would have a habit of always drinking my entire glass of milk before even starting to eat my dinner.

Bonus points if I can also put chocolate syrup in it.

Or, if it has to a FOOD specifically: Tomatoes.

I can also eat raw tomatoes indefinitely. I am known to often just eat a tomato like one might an apple. They are so juicy and refreshing.

There are also so many ways to cut and prepare uncooked tomatoes that it's hard for them to get old. But, even if I was not allowed to prepare or season them any differently, tomatoes would still be my answer.
