Does anybody else have diabetes or high blood pressure?

What kind of meals do you make?

I do, I just ignore it though and eat whatever I want; been doing it for 10 years, still fine.

I have high blood pressure. I haven't cut out salt, but I don't eat fast/convenience foods. I cook my own food and add just enough salt to make it taste good, and no more. Also I have borderline high cholesterol (middle aged guy who drinks), so I keep it in line with a mostly vegan diet. I do take pills for BP, but have so far managed not to have to take cholesterol meds.
