I know this isn't a right thread to ask this, but I don't think it deserves its own.


How do I make my french fries more greasy/oily? I remember when I was a kid there was a junk food resteurant that served ones which were insanly wet to the point where they couldnt stand straight and I really want to recapture this feeling but every fries I make are really krispy with nice soft insides and it really bothers me because every single guide on internet is about how to make fries more dry while it's opposite of what I want.
