Lets talk oils and fats co/ck/ su/ck/ers. I recently switched from using lard as a high temp fat to a mix of sunflower and avocado oil. I like it. I recently bought some hemp seed oil because I don't care for fish and figured I could probably use some omega 3's in my life. But im not really sure what to do with it yet.
Anywho, how do you guys /oil/?

I use flax oil for omega 3's.

Olive and/or coconut oil for pan frying or sauteeing.
