Are there any major differences between regular grocery store cocoa and "raw" health food store cocoa?

The latter is probably organic and not Dutched.

Until you convince yourself otherwise, the grocery store one will probably taste better.

But is organic cocoa any healthier then?

Maybe. I'm not big on organic for first world produce, but I make an exception for third world. I don't trust them and the organic certs at least do some testing.

Raw cacao is just ground up cacao beans, so there's no added sugar or sweeteners. You'd have to sweeten it up yourself so you could make it more healthy.

Raw cocoa is higher in poly-phenol antioxidants.
Ordinary cocoa is raw cocoa that has been treated with an alkalizing agent.

There is different both in taste an appearance.

Raw is:
Lighter in color
More sour in taste
Less chocolaty
