You slit your wrist with a razor or some shit and pour some blood into a wine cup. Then proceed to tasting it. If your palate is developed enough you should be able to tell the blood types apart: if it's not sweet at all it's considered dry. If tastes a little bit sweet, it's semi-dry. If it's kind of sweet it's semi-sweet. If it's syrupy and full of sugar it's sweet. Just like wines, you know. If you're experienced, you should also be able to notice cholesterol and some other stuff, but I'm no expert on that to be honest.
