I know this all trolling, but I worked at mccucks for a while.

If you actually like the quarter pounder, substitute the regular bun when you order(comes with sesame seed bun). For some reason this makes the sandwich 10x better. Just try it.

Pollock isn't the cheapest white fish they could've used, something like swai or whiting would've been more cost effective for them. But it wouldn't look good for McD's to support non-murrican fisheries at least for the american franchises so pollock it is.
