Southwest-ish style pasta. Roasted a red bell pepper on the gas stove, sautéed onion, broccoli, garlic, and chicken then added some chicken stock to dislodge the fond. Added a small amount of jar marinara, a tiny bit of cumin, a normal amount of cayenne, and adjusted salt. Reduced it down a bit and added a pad of butter to pull it all together. Added in my pasta and some pasta water, reduced again and finished with parmesan.
