Dried shiitake mushrooms are great, much better that potato chips imo and infinitely better for you. I didn't even like mushrooms until I tried these. They're expensive AF tho so I only buy them once in a while.

Buy the mycelium pellets made out of wood shavings and grow them yourself for a fraction of the price. Not only can you enjoy fresh shiitake this way, you can easily dry them to store for a very long time.
