Is anyone else not even capable of enjoying fast food anymore

I used to like it at least in a guilty pleasure sort of way but these days I think it just tastes like fucking crap and it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth all day and makes me feel like shit.

Even the supposed "higher end" fast food places like Five Guys or whatever taste like garbage to me now.

I like only Dairy Queen now for the low end shit, and even then I know I can make better.
I like fat burger and triple o's though. They're bretty good

This thread is just going to be a bunch of people talking about how they haven't eaten fast food in 11 years and how fast food is as addictive as crack or sugar

I'm not capable of enjoying fast food anymore because it literally costs more to buy a quarter pound hamburger with fries and a coke than it does to buy a pound of fucking steak at the butcher

I bought a fucking fried chicken family dinner for myself and two friends (me and I) and it cost $30. I could have bought SIX FUCKING POUNDS of steak for less.

same for me op, nowadays i only ever get it when im insanely drunk after going out and know i need to be fit the next day, when i get anything its mostly the veggieburger and a coke from mcdonalds though, because it might be bad but the fact that the patties of all burgerchains here in europe taste and feel so vastly different from anything made out of ground beef+fat is just disgusting me so much

haven't eaten fast food in 4-5 years or so. it just really isn't appealing anymore, as a child i loved this shitty stuff because my dad did.

Yeah I'm with you on this. I ate tons and loads of fast food until last year, minimum three times a week. I stopped this habit more or less, now it's more like once per month or per two months. Feels real good.

it still tastes good to me but i just can't justify it anymore because of the calories and the cost. unless i'm having just a terrible awful fuckoff day and i'm a long way from home i avoid it all together.

can feel that.
desu, i think people eat lots of junk because of poor culture and bad eating habits, thinking there are real addictive addings in food/sugar makes you addicted is like "they add fluoride in water to make le frogs gay"

But the whole xenoestrogens turning frogs gay, was real.

What do you mean by "fast food"? Burgers and fries? Are you saying you just don't like burgers, fries, and soda anymore? This thread is retarded.

I've already read seven comments like the one you described in seven different threads

Yes, they're all shit.

>> No.8758027

I disdain it to the point of becoming angry just thinking about fast food in general now.

Five guys is great dude. I feel sorry for people so pertentious that they can't enjoy a simple, from scratch hamburger just cause its not fucking 'artisan'
Kill yourself you pompous fuck

We used to have decent fast food in the 90s here, a place called Miss Millies and another called Gregs they didn't use processed meat or any frozen shit. Its just how things have gone everythings been corporatized to make as much profit for as little investment as possible. I'm saying the obvious here but no one gives a shit about quality anymore and they won't until normies start calling businesses out on their shitty practices by voting with their wallets.

I can't stand most fast food places but its good in clutch situations. Some places I find enjoyable are Chipotle, Chik-fil-a, Panda Express, Five Guys, Qdobas, and sometimes Wendy's but thats out of pure desperation. I don't advocate eating fast food on a regular basis but theres times, usually once every few months where I don't feel like cooking and all the local places I visit get played out. Also I can agree with the residual nasty taste, but that can be dealt with by brushing your teeth, which is recommended anyways.

tl;dr: fast food isn't good, but it has its purpose.

It gives me indigestion since ive been doing calorie counting. I think my stomach might have shrank
