Can somebody redpill me on nectar drinks?

Hard mode: no Jew jokes regarding various brand names

i tried the Jumex Mango Nectar today because i love mango but it was way too sweet and over-ripe, and very syrupy, my friend said most people use it for cooking because they find it's too strong to drink straight

I just finished up the Goya guava kind (have had Jumex too) a couple of seconds ago and it seemed alright to me. Peach is disgusting but they sell their strawberry/banana in cans so I assume those are the best to drink. They're just so good for their price at $1-$2 for a 33oz carton where I live and actually taste good so I buy them wherever the chance comes up.

Pure shit. It's just sugar water. Unless you are eating the food there is no fiber attached to the sugars. You're drinking garbage.

This, virtually all the nutrients and fiber are gone.
There is no difference between fruit juices and sodas.

Nectar drinks are mostly just sugar water, I only use them as a mixer for rum

I don't necessarily drink them due to their health benefits (I drink a few large cups a water a day) but more or less wanted a good substitute to soda that won't rot me from the inside as quickly.

It'll rot you from the inside as fast as soda.

Try diet soda or even better, water.

I drink water with crystallized lemon powder
tastes like water with a squeeze of lemon.
It's yummy.

Stop eating enough sugar and it'll start to taste like unsweet lemonade.

Or you can keep drinking fructose water, idc what you do goy.

How? I figure even if there may be a tad extra sugar the carbon in the soda will do some extra damage, especially to teeth.

Not necessarily a big fan of lemons. Is there any sort of flavoring I can add to water that's as close to the actual flavoring of the fruit? Even though I don't like them lemons stay very consistent when it comes to artificial flavoring.

Most of these fruit drinks have more sugar than soda. You're right about the acidity, though. Soda is worse for your teeth.

The lemon I use "True Lemon" isn't artificial and tastes exactly like lemon.

But if you're not a fan of lemon, I often make my own flavored water by just dumping in whatever extra fruit or herbs I have into a pitcher

I sometimes toss in frozen strawberries that thaw and give it flavor. You could do the same with blueberries, raspberries, etc.

Or if you're feeling fancy, you can do things like cucumber-rosemary, basil-strawberry, melon-mint
Really any mix of herb+fruit tastes amazing.
