Hey guys, I'm looking to build a weekly/monthly food schedule, because I've been a shut-in neet and I need to prove to my parents that I can live frugally. I've already stopped buying videogames/going to the movies/spending money on entertainment, shortened my shower times, limiting the amount of electricity I use, etc. Now all I need is to organize my food. Are there any guides out there on how to eat decently for as little money as possible?
