So you came to a Vietnamese paper folding enthusiast image board hoping we would believe your lies? We know where you came from, and you need to go back.

Why the fuck would you throw them out? Just donate to the local library. That's what I do.

/fit/ deserves to be hated. The whole board is just a bunch of outspoken armchair experts that know a lot less about fitness than they think they do.

Imagine if there was a place you could rent books from. Sort of like a video rental shop for books. Boy that would be something.

1. Why are you HERE

2. It's perfectly okay to donate books you know you'll never pick up again, but at the same time, there's books that are ALWAYS worth keeping, and collecting. I go through my library once a year, and usually end up taking a bag of books to the used book store, but I also have an entire library room full of books that I will NEVER get rid of. Actual paper printed, bound books are precious in these days and times.
But, like other people have said, if you don't want or care about books and the space they take up, just download books or check books out from the library. If you want someone to know you're well read, they should be able to tell that you from a conversation with you, since the more you read, the more information you have to contribute. Too bad being well read doesn't necessarily include have good etiquette.

Except, every library has book sale days every year, and it's a gold mine for book buying. Every book you buy at a library book sale has the dewey decimal tag still attached.

Also, none of that is true. OH, except that I'd read /lits/ top 100 before I was out of high school (Or at least most of it, I never bothered to read through their whole list).
