I'm a poor skeleton. Please share recipes that are calorie dense and preferrably cheap.

Mac and cheese boxes. Pretty sure they have like 2-3 300+ calorie servings in them.

Just go after vegetable proteins like bread, peanut butter ect. 1 slice of brown bread has 4 grams of protein and costs almost nothing. Also go for eggs since their cheap and high in protein, and unsaturated fat.

Go for foods like shakshouka that are cooked in a sauce and eat them with rice or bread for calories.

I actually been meaning to make a luther burger for a while now but I'm back on track after getting married and putting on 40 lbs in 6 months.
can somebody post pics or recipes so I can live vicariously, maybe even greentext some food porn for a man who can't have any.

Just buy yourself a soul food cookbook.

The #1 ingredient is butter. #2 is "real" lard.

When you make bacon, get the grease, collect it in a pot. When you have enough, mix it with butter and egg.
There should be 1 egg per cup of butter grease
Cook in pan WITH bacon you fried earlier

This is almost /fit/ tier but I see the obvious crossover here. That said I'll give you the ultimate post workout meal.
>Deep dish cast iron pan

>Pour in pan and mix
>Hand full of Bisquick on that and mix
>Grate copious cheese on top
>Pop in oven 10 min or so
>Finish under broiler.

Beans and GOMAD.
Otherwise put more butter and eggs and lard in your sauce, that'll easily and cheaply add 100 to 200kcal per serving.
Eat more servings. You gotta get used to that.

Granola is fairly calorie dense. 1/3 of a cup has around 200 calories if I remember correctly. Eat one cup of granola with two cups whole milk and a fruit for breakfast or snack. It should be around 900 calories. Or just eat microwave dinners for every meal and snack on chips and soda all day like most obese office workers.
