I went to Mexico recently and pretty much all mexican dishes were different tortillas or chips with a bunch of meats and cheese on them and some sauce. Except for lime soup, that shit was delicious.

One time I bought burritos from an old guys on the side of the road somewhere in mid Chihuahua. They were thin as hell but damn fucking delicious. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you'd know that Sysco get's better produce than pretty much anything that home cooks are going to find in regular or even high end grocery stores.
