you wouldn't get enough fats unless you were on a keto diet
keto diets aren't that good for your body tho, I'd avoid them
also you wouldn't get enough amino-acids
if you're on the cheap tho, home made pasta (tagliatelle/noodles) and lentils and possibly beans and some salad would be enough most likely

There was this curry chart I saw posted here a while back.

It was a list of spice/flavour combination recommendations for curry depending on what you wanted.

I think it was like a 5x5 grid? Maybe bigger.
Main reason why I want to find it again is because the chart contained chocolate as an option for something.
