Recipe incoming:

Ingredients:
- 3 pre-baked Potatoes - exclude skins
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions:
1. Work all ingredients together, stirring but do not over mix. (I use a fork to mash the potatoes just until it's roughly mashed - not too smooth. This is just trial and error.)
2. Once incorporated, roll into lengths, cut out 1 inch pieces, and score each piece with a fork. (press down)
3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. How much salt? Until it tastes like salt water.
4. Boil gnocchi in batches until the pieces rise to the top of the water. Make sure that pieces don't sit atop eachother in the pot.
5. Strain, top with your choice of sauce, and enjoy.

That is a pastry I made, it's almond joconde, red currant and milk chocolate ganache, fuyu persimmon, hibiscus, and elderflower Bavarian cream topped with a dark chocolate flower. The photography part is actually quite easy, I have a box with white interior surfaces from which I mounted some white lights at the top, which gives my shots good lighting.

This is an hors d'oeuvre I made, shrimp and lotus root with blueberry and garlic and chili aioli

Something about the white background also bothers me, also how much do you touch up the photos afterwards? I feel like either warmer lighting or different colored background to give some shades to the colro fo the light would make these look less 'sterile' if you get what I mean.
