I just tried sriracha for the first time recently. Sure, it's nice, but what's with the weird obsession some people have?

Basically it has a bunch of salt and a little spice, people who like siracha have just fallen for the salt meme. It's not even spicy, just tangy and salty.

Goes well with eggs

For lunch I often scramble eggs, serve on toast. Some salt, pepper, sriracha and sliced spring onion go on top.
Pretty good and you can make it in like 3 minutes

I like it, it is a little overhyped by people but its good.

I use a combination of Sriracha and soy sauce when i slow grill some ribs.
Tender and has a slow burn when you eat it.

Its affordable and widely available. Its spicy enough without being insane. Its a good all around hot sauce, with broad appeal, and low price.
It checks all the right boxes for being a consumer favorite and economic success. I dont get the "meme" thing, except maybe it has a rooster on the bottle, and "OMG, COCK!! dicks are funnay! xD"
