What's your favourite type/cut of meat?

I like lamb chops and oyster blade.

I really like chicken. You get white and dark meat, broth/stock, organs, and eggs all from one animal.

It's good in pot pies, curries, stir fries, soup, grilled, smoked, roasted, kebabs, pan-seared, deep fried, buffalo wings, burritos, sandwiches, quesadillas, pizza, pasta, tendies, nuggers, etc.

My favorite way to cook it is to smoke it and then deep fry it (without breading). Smoky, moist meat with crispy skin.
