Hey /ck/, how do you like to cook your fried rice?

>> No.8234456

How do I cook it or how do I like to cook it? Because I like to cook it using NASA rocket boosters.

I have a wok I like to use. I need to find a better way to dry the rice though because even after waiting 2 days it sort of ends up clumping together when being fried.

I like to boil it.

Well I have done some really bad but I have it good now. At least okay, I will accept tips!

I do rices in rice cooker! And if Im very hungry I will use them and not wait! Waiting is okay.... but there is a special trick I learned. If the frozen plants have ice on them it makes the rice not stick! But this takes a careful talent...

heat oils! Then, add garlic and onion! This should be lowish medium! Sizzling! Then I add frozen mixed vegetables. I get them warm! Then I add all those rices! Much pepper, tons and tons of pepper! Then I mix all to one side and two eggs enter the pan! MORE PEPPER! Aaaaand then after its all warm and smells nice you add lots of soy sauce and its over!

You dont like to do that, you've never done that.

>> No.8235037

I like to make mine using a crock pot. And by crock pot, I mean having sex with children.

I've never done that, correct. But I'd like to do it and that is what counts. No chicanery. Cooking with rocket boosters would be out of this world.

Into a wok: half tsp grapeseed oil, raw chicken, 1 tsp grapeseed oil, rice, 1 tsp soy sauce, egg, stir for 2 minutes, vegetables, stir for one minute, done.

Perfect fried rice every time.

Wok
MSG
Soy Sauce
Fish Sauce
Sesame oil
Diced carrots
Diced onion
Thin sliced spring onions
Peas
Day old cooked short grain rice
Eggs

Get some sesame oil in a hot wok and saute carrots. Sprinkle on some MSG. Onions next, more MSG to taste. Now rice and enough soy sauce for desired colour. Couple squirts of fish sauce. Next is spring onions and peas, mix it up and push it to the side of the pan. Throw in your eggs, sprinkle more MSG and mix it up. Once the eggs are cooked, mix it all up and you're done.

Idk why you have the devilish Pepe. I dated a Hawaiian/ Puerto Rican chick and she made it this way. Best fried rice I've ever had.

Kimchi fried rice is pretty damn good. Super easy too. Other than kimchi, I add spam and eggs, and chopped onions are good too.
