Some japanese dude gave me a bottle of Sake, and rather than let the alcoholics in my house steal it, I want to cook with it.

Any ingredients are fine, just needs Sake in the recipe.

Honestly, just drink it if it's good, OP.
But if you really want to, I'd go for teriyaki salmon.

2 parts soy sauce
1 part sake
1 part brown sugar
A tsp of grated ginger
Salmon steaks cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick

Marinate for 1-2 hours, then broil at 450°F for 7-8 minutes, until edges are getting almost black. Let rest for 5 minutes after taking out of oven.
Serve with pickled ginger and rice. Good veg sides for this would be carrot/parsnip kinpira or roasted kabocha.

Sake has been used in my family for thousands of years. We have a number of our own secret recipes, but none are more special than the one handed down to from my half-Japanese half-Irish half-Botswanian grandmother. It's really quite simple, but the flavour will astound you, and your guests coming back for more. So here's what you do. First get a large saucepan, copper saucepans are the best for this, as they impart more flavour. Next we're going to add the sake to the saucepan. About half a litre is enough, but you can add more if you like, and warm it up gently. We don't want it to boil, otherwise we lose the alcohol. Next is the secret trick: add 1 Knorr Pork Stock Cube to the pot. This will give it a really good kick, and provide some much needed depth of flavour. Next we take the saucepan off the heat, and stir it gently while it cools. And there you have it.

Nearly all of the normal home cooked meals in Japan require sake and mirin, but extremely cheap sake adds the same thing to the dish as a more expensive drinkable sake. If its drinkable you should just drink it and buy something cheaper if you want to cook with it
