Too much meat, add more sauce and fresher mushrooms that are sauteed and placed ontop of the sauce. Always mince some garlic into your sauce and add olive oil and salt to the pasta. I would eat it myself, probs tasty and full of protein but it's easy to up your game bro.

not him but I prefer the meat to be cooked down more and a little finer, and instead of mushrooms/peppers stick to sauteed carrots onions and garlic. also just a can of crushed tomatoes will do the trick for the tomato base

Then again maybe that's better than calling it bolognese. As I say, what Brits call bolognese is basically what is in the OP - a meat sauce that is heavily based on tomato. But real bolognese doesn't have tomatoes in it, it only has a couple of desert spoons of tomato puree. The staples of real bolognese are a soffritto of onion/carrot/celery, beef/veal and pork, wine, beef stock, tomato puree, a bit of milk, and that's it really. And served with tagliatelle, NOT with spaghetti. And served with grated parmesan.

(And the pic looks like it's authentic bolognese because notice that it is more orange than it is red. Because there aren't any tomatoes in the sauce, only that bit of tomato puree. Bolognese is primarily a meat sauce, complemented by the flavour of the three vegetables.)
