Just shred some cheddar on top of nachos and out it in the broiler for 3-4 minutes.

I like melting kraft singles over fritos on a paper plate. The nacho cheese liquid from 7/11 is too spicy for me.

mnnnnnyyyeeesssssss I do believe nachos are best enjoyed with artisanal aged gruyère melted with the kiss of a blowtorch over a dusting of truffle and foie gras. I daresay /ck/ enjoys such similar pleasures what with their finely tuned palates and wherewithal to produce such cuisine
