Cap'n Crunch and Fruity Pebbles are literally the worst cereals I can think of.

Shredded Wheat (NOT frosted, the real stuff), Cheerios, Corn Chex, Crispix, that's where it's at. Although I have a very rare but strong craving for the shitty dehydrated marshmallows in Lucky Charms.
