I used to pretend to bake lembas. I had a lot of coconut flour, and recipes using it usually called for a lot of coconut oil and eggs, so at the end of the day I ended up with a very filling bread I could take with me. Since it prevented me from getting hungry so well it reminded me of lembas.

Wanted to try and my take on recipe
Butterbeer:
1/2 pint Black Cab stout
50ml double cream
25ml Morgans Spiced rum
Stir in pinch nutmeg, pinch cinnamon
10ml caramel syrup
Shake with 1 egg white,
Flip to pint glass
Serve room temperature

Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster
25ml Goldschläger
25ml Zubrowka or other bisongrass vodka
dash angostura bitters
Juice and zest of one fresh lemon
Shake the fuck with ice
Rim a martini glass with lime rind and chill
Strain out PGGB into chill glass
Top with dash club soda

Frobscottle
25ml Midori
25ml Gold Tequila, smooth less smoky
1/2 pint decent lager (fullers frontier preferred)
Dash lime cordial
Strain through ice
Top up with generous soda
Float 10ml Bols peppermint green on top

Scumble
3/4 pint properr Wes' country Scrumpy (orchard pig does well)
50ml Calvados
25ml spiced dark rum (Chairmans reserve preffered)
Stir and serve as warm as legal

Amortentia (warning, insanely expensive)
Make a strong cup (400ml) Green and Blacks Chilli hot chocolate, keep neaar boiling.
Stir in: Pinch cinnamon, pinch cayenne, dash vanilla, teaspoon manuka honey
50ml Baileys Irish Cream
50ml Tequila Rose
25ml Havana Spiced
Stir together
Serve in goblet with edible gold sprinkled on top

Yes you can ferment blood, but it doesn't lead to wine. It's more as in curing salami because of the way blood coagulates.
You can mix blood with alcohol though. Try making blood soup and mix in grain alcohol, moonshine or vodka. Or wine if you want to make 'authentic' blood wine I guess.

If I were to try to make I'd start with syrup, lecithin and butter. Mix with beer for serving. The challenge would be to not make it vile.
