try a pressure cooker and/or spices/herbs (curry, turmeric, pepper, salt, garlic powder, rosemary, basil) and/and/or put in a green/tea bag

Make sure you are cooking it right.

You can use various types of stock or soup bases, curry paste, or pic related. It depends on how you're going to serve it.

I don't really recommend using dry spices.

Make sure to rinse it before you cook it, the texture is twice as enjoyable.

For the most part, it's gonna taste better if you add stuff that's not so optimal in your diet. Butter, oils, and salt will help the flavor. Outside of that, though, you can try herbs and spices, which don't really feel as effective to me in making it not taste like ass, but I'm pretty sure it does little to nothing to your diet.

In this video, Ramsay cooks it with Star Anise and Cardamom.

Try using some chicken soup base, and add double what it says to add for broth. Chop up some fresh carrots, onions, and celery and add them raw with the rice.

Or add a tablespoon of curry paste and use coconut milk and coconut water instead of water or broth to cook the rice. Toss frozen peas in after it's done cooking, and chopped cilantro.

do that.

I was kind of assuming that OP is on a bulk or something. You don't *have* to eat a certain food, but since he specifically mentioned brown rice, I figure that he has a fitness goal in mind. Obviously he can accompany it with other foods, but it's possible that he can't fit it into his diet that way.

Brown some cubed bacon with a bit of oil in a pot
Add a diced onion and cook until translucent
Add brown rice and frozen peas and top up with vegetable or chicken stock
Cover and cook at low heat until rice tender (about 30-45 mins, brown rice takes a while)
Eat with grated parmesan and green salad
