pickle juice brine for at least an hour.

butter milk for the wash after padding chicken dry from brine. add 2 tbsp buttermilk to the flour/black pepper mix to make crumbles for extry fry crispness. chicken goes into the buttermilk then flour mix once. into peanut oil at 400 for 2-3 mins then flip sides for additional 2 mins

THE SECRET IS TO SOAK IT IN KETCHUP

That's what you fucking retards sound like. You know why you taste a pickle flavor when you eat their sandwiches? It's the fucking pickles you dumb faggots. They heat the buns with butter and then put the pickles between the hot bun and the hot chicken and serve it -wrapped- which causes the juice from the pickles to soak into the buns and the chicken as it steams inside the wrapper.

Making their fucking style of chicken is easy. You fucking do a salt and sugar brine, coat with flavored flour, -pressure fry- in oil if you're stupid enough to spend hundreds to emulate something you can buy for a few bucks or fry in normal oil if you aren't a retard. Butter a bun, lightly toast it in a pan until it melts, put chicken on bun and top with 2-3 pickles, add top bun and THEN WRAP IT.
