In a safe environment could you substitute "kill" with "rape"? They are both terribly extravagant reactions to wanting something; hardly worth consideration. Rather than taking by force, use logic and hunger through the wilderness until it manifests some treasure-berries.

Relative to Dragon's Crown: Dungeon Meshi. In order to save carrying space while traveling down a magical dungeon, a group of 4 cooks various things from said dungeon into really tasty looking dishes, complete with faux recipes.

Just as a reminder, when you were growing up it was considered parental best practice to tell your kids they're geniuses. Current research suggests this is actually a really bad idea

You may want to consider the possibility that the IQ test you took may have been a little less than valid as a measure of aptitude

Dune isn't that difficult to understand and Herbert's writing style is very basic.. Narration is easy to follow, scenes are basically people entering rooms and talking, etc.

The Dune books are rather dense, which is probably why you had difficulties with them. They are definitely books worth reading over and over again.

His earlier pulp fiction works range from sub-par (The Eyes of Heisenberg, The Green Brain) to pretty good (Soul Catcher, Hellstrom's Hive).

Yes, it's a series of 10 novels by Stephen R. Donaldson. It has a frequently unlikable "ultimate saviour/destroyer" main character who is transported into a fantasy world and who wields "wild magic". He frequently battles with loss of sanity. The first novel is supposed to be where most people stop reading because of a case of spontaneous case of rape of a teenage virgin. Bear in mind that I have only read the first novel.
I enjoyed his series of 5 novels (condensed now into 4) The Gap Cycle. That series definitely registers as morbid, low morality science fiction, and in short order.

Templetons food from Charlotte's Web. Also the pancake scene in the beginning.

While searching for this, I found an illustration of a BDSM Charlotte stepping on Templeton's cock while he's stuck in a web. I'm not even surprised.

Dragon Cuisine

Their meat is so toxic and tough it requires at least 6 months to make the most basic dishes! Restaurant tried to gyp them with whale/orc meat but damn did everything look good.

I have faint memories of a cartoon short I saw when I was young where a kid was addicted to ice cream, ate too much of it, passed out, and had a dream that everything was made of ice cream. It all looked so good. Can't remember the name of it though
