I've held a few managerial positions and I see this principle all the time. Some people, sometimes generally and sometimes with specific skills, are simply unable to acquire experience and learn from their mistakes. They'll do the same dumb shit over and over and over, and they eventually learn to pretend like they knew what they were doing all along, and THIS is how it's done. but no it has nothing to do with food and cooking

in that coffee club radio interview where Jack confesses to beating his kids, being a cu/ck/, and wanting genocide for Palestine he says his sauce business was started as a partnership but that he got left high and dry so had to create a cooking show on youtube as a means to help create a buzz. He does not know how to cook, he has no passion for cooking, and only does so to shill his shit. If you watch his early videos you'll note that 1/3 of their playtime is dedicated to actual advertisements of his product, not just winks and nods to the sauce.
He's kind of a schmuck, but if it has gone on to earn him 3 grand a month just in views, then it's certainly worth more than what sparse dignity he had before it.
