Sup guys. So I'm making meatloaf today.

What do you guys usually put in yours? I'm tired of boring shit.

Replace your worst-cester-shit sauce with good quality balsamic vinegar.

Add a dash of 'sha

I just made meatloaf.

—chopped onions
—worcestershire sauce
—salt
—peper
—chopped celery

Mix it all together by hand, pad out into a casserole dish.

Top with a layer of salsa (or ketchup if you've got no salsa).

I usually glaze meatloaf with bbq sauce. I've also made meatloaf with asian spices and glazed it with sweet chili sauce before.

OP here, I always make a glaze for the top and put it on 10 mins before I take it out the oven.

I put onions, eggs, cheese, some crumbs

then some spices I wanted to add.
