Love boiled bacon. I cut up a strip into 3~4 pieces and boil it and skim off some of the fat from the top, then put in my ramen

There's a small window of pan frying/baking bacon where it's right between chewy and crispy. It's firm but still has a bit of chew to it, and practically melts in your mouth. I like it like that, can't stand crunchy bacon.
