when my step-Dad and I sit down one of my Mother's delicious (and nutritious) 'go' style 'zas, w can always both agree that this is one heck of a lady!

She's a busy Mom so she makes these ahead of time and we just "pop" them in the oven at dinner time and while the men feast Mom can work on her cooking blog. With so few hours in a day, we all wonder how she can keep it all together, but she does!
