Day off - made a veggie ""burger"" for lunch.

Just pan fried it with a little butter and crushed red pepper then added onions and sharp cheddar to hold the 'nions on. For other condiments I added tomatoe, romaine & authentic Hunts tomatoe ketchup. Put it on a bagel cause I like bagels there's seriously no problem here thought about making a salad too but nah.

With it I'm drinkin some halfway decent cheap whiskey mixed with iced (black) tea and cran juice probs 20:40:40.

Oh man, story time.
So I used to live in St Augustine, FL and finally found a decent bagel place there. Like most of the 4chans I'm a huge weirdo and get obsessive about certain foods, and I'll be dickered if the everything bagels from this place didn't hit all the buttons for me. So I'm eating basically two everything bagels a day for a week, and I finally get to see my gf. The night goes on, we fuck, I bust in her mouth and she gets super grossed out because she says it tastes like garlic, and I need to chill with those bagels. Later, we're out driving, and she sucks on my finger, because that shit is hot, awesome, I figure I'm getting laid when we get back. And then I scratch my face, and holy shit my finger REEKS of garlic. I felt kinda bad, but I also laughed so hard we almost went off the road.

Moral of the story is: if you're nuttin' in mouths, cool it on the garlic, unless she's Italian or something and into it.

My first brisket to make it /ck/, came out alright, but not that tender. Finally found a decent butcher near my parents' place, so I'll be getting a thicker one next time, but any tips for brisket? I used a paprika/pepper/mustard powder rub, it ended up kinda like really good pastrami.

now im not gonna fabricate shit, ive been making this shit a few yuears, i saw a vid and investigated and came up with the real deal recipe, i look now and theres a bunch of nancy recipes for it now, imma spit some troofs, it involves 1 egg, 2 small rolls, green onion, green chili, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, salt and oil, imma chunk in a bit of coriander powder cuz another recipe recomended it and they seem to be leaving out the tumeric powdr. you can pretty much improvise the fuck out of this but you need garam masala and chili powder and if you get the squirts from little shit this might not be your thing cuz its a dish that revolves around spices
