What would be the wildest gelato taste you could imagine? Or then just something simply solid good. Gelatos with alcohol are welcome to this thread also.
Mine would be fermented lingonberries with sherry.

A friend owns an ice cream joint. He once made ambergris ice cream. I liked it, though no one else did. I guess whale-barf-flavoured ice cream isn't exactly the top of anyone's list of things to try.

He also made one of lemon-candied pumpkin that was similarly unpopular.

A place here offers sriracha-and-earl-grey ice cream. It's shit.
