i love that artificial butter flavor. that's why i go with margarine. i use cayenne powder 'cause i can use FUCK TON of it, really amplifying the chili taste. the vinegar just gives that bit of tang.

Not wanting to troll or start a flamewar, but since this is a grilling thread, what do you folks think about gas versus charcoal/wood?

To my way of thinking gas grilling is basically just a stove, except it's outside for no reason. The only reason I typically grill is for that delicious smoky flavor wood and charcoal impart to the food.
