Ja/ck/ can cook, he's just a lazy, god-fearing man who would rather pull it off in one take. Since he's so honest he comes off somewhat as an oaf, and he's said a couple things that people may take exception to. At the end of the day though Ja/ck/ is probably a better saucier than most browsers of this board and it a positive role-model for any budding chefs to check out (doesn't use bawdy language and keeps instructions real simple).
