Canadians and Americans unite, for this thread of the childhood favorite known as Kraft Mac and Cheese, Blue Box, and Kraft Dinner

What is your secret? Your own tradition? Do you enjoy it as is, or do you employ sliced weiners? Bacon bits? Tuna? Perhaps you like to sauce it up with some hot sauce, or ketchup....or maybe a simple seasoning of black pepper?

And most importantly, surely you recognize that shapes are superior to the standard macaroni noodle?

Our Velveeta shells and cheddar and Easy Mac cousins are welcome for discussion as well

Damn son, where'd ya find this?

It's 2016, OP.

There are hundreds of better options for non-scratch mac and cheese out there.

I understand nostalgia, but you're a grown up now and shouldn't still enjoy baby food.

I'm not the only one who can't cook with these shitty shapes right? The powder shit gets stuck inside them.

>> No.7467972

I put green chiles in when they're in season. The canned ones are sort of OK too though.

That's why you mix the butter, milk, and powder independently and then mix with the cooked noodles.
