Once I saw this kid in high school get all of his food and get told no more when he asked for a larger serving. He got mad and flipped his plate onto the lunch lady and just walked away.

Whoever had a hot lunch lady? Real friendly with one lunch lady back in high school. Gray haired white lady who still had a nice body and was prob 8/10 younger.
I was late getting lunch one day and she went her way to grab a pbj sandwich from the back. The movement she made when she squatted down to grab that sandwich on the bottom shelf of the fridge was like a stripper and had a little springy bounce to it. She handed me that sandwich with her face being a little red, and was a little too touchy when handing me the sandwich and taking my money.

We didn't make fun of him but we thought he was a little weird. I once had a bully flip my food tray when I was walking to a table. All the food fell to my feet and clothes. It was my first day of 7th grade. A lunch lady saw it, came rushing out, hugged me, brought me into their serving room and cleaned me up. She gave me a new tray and said "Attaboy." She was so kind to me.

My mom packed my lunch until I hit 16, then my sister's where out of the house and her career picked up, so I packed everything for myself after that. Dad was the superintendent for our small school district so I couldn't even even fart in the locker room without being threated to have my dad being called and I certainly wouldn't have been brazen enough to harass a cafeteria lady.

The lunch ladies were sometimes parents of kids, and they made kickass southern food from scratch. The food was cracker barrel style, and I've never tasted as rolls as good as the ones I had in my childhood (and collard greens for that matter).

If you want kids who mistreat people, just keep in mind their family didn't give them respect at home (lack of education). People who truly mistreat waitstaff do that their whole lives. and you can probably psychoanalyze them to have a real disorder, such as narcissism. Evolved people eventually get past the life lesson and quit that shit.

Children, and much of the 4chan user-base, and many adults, are merely lashing out to gain some easy sense of free will underneath a system that burdens them with a feeling of being trapped and dragged along toward an end not their own.

Always had this one little shit fat kid about 10 years old who would bully me by ripping his shirt off and saying 'the number of times I rub my belly before you serve me is the number of poops I take in the dumpster later' and sure enough if I did't get him his pizza before 3 belly rubs he'd leave 3 poops in the dumpster. You know, I'm not going to shit on lunch ladies, but I imagine they have it a hell of a lot easier than your average fast food worker. They're not constantly being pressured to reduce times. They're not getting shit on for not getting enough surveys. They have to prep for one, maybe two meal periods a day. They don't have to rush. They're federally funded. They have great job security, don't have to worry about getting their hours cut. I wouldn't be surprised if they had legitimate retirement/pension plans.

I once found a small bug on a slice of pizza while I was still in line. I quietly told the lunch lady, she thanked me for letting her know, and gave me a new slice plus a side of fries for free. The wigger ghetto kids I went to school with would have started swearing and shouting out to the whole cafeteria how disgusting that was. I fucking hated the kids in my high school. They were all super nice ladies working there and they put up with a lot of shit.

In my elementary school, our lunch ladies were volunteer mothers of the kids enrolled. They had to have so many hours of volunteer time or else they'd have to pay a few hundred bucks extra on top of tuition. It was kind of nice seeing my mom twice a week at lunch. She'd give me extra portions.
