I like my waldorf with pink lady/sweet tango apples chopped, halfed grapes (whichever in best cond'n at store), mayo + vinegar or lemon juice, diced or thin sliced sweet onion, and mandolined cabbage, lettuce, or chard. nuts optional, i like walnuts or pine nuts
