New drinker here as well!

Ive tried beers, I have some allergy to the ones ive had so I bloat and get stuffy nosed. Dont like them. Wines all taste worse than hard liquer IMO as well.

Rum gives me massive headaches while drinking it - independent of brand.

Basically vodka never gives me a hangover and I have no allergy. That said Ive had about four brands only. All budget, Id include absolute (lol womens drink xd) and that super cheap one forgot its name. Nikol or something?

All taste the same though flavored Smirnoff has more flavor than other vodkas Drink them all straight.

not to hijack the thread, but for any other poorfags wanting a decent liquor cabinet:
>vodka
Luksusowa
>rum
Bacardi Gold
>whisky
Evan Williams Black Label (bourbon)
>Gin
Bombay (original, not Sapphire, which is imo an inferior product akin to Grey Goose)

Euros might want to consider Gordon's as their budget gin as I've read that it is much better than the Gordon's they sell in the states, and I don't think the Gordon's here is all that bad. Makes for a decent Martini and Gin & Tonic, which is all that you really need from a gin.

No there's a significant difference in quality.

The higher end Vodkas, Belvedere, Neft, Absolut Elyx, Russian Standard, they go down so smooth even when consumed neat. You get little flavors, notes of rye, wheat. Good stuff all around.

I drink that stuff straight or as a Vodka Martini. If I'm making mixed drinks like Bloody Mary or a Greyhound I'll use them as well for that. But if it's a drink that's being largely overtaken by large amounts of sugar like a Screwdriver I'll use good old Smirnoff.

Smirnoff is the only vodka I like, but every hard liquor sends a shiver down my spine because of the sheer amount of times I've drank until vomiting.

I often do as the bank rates are ridiculous with me.

Most times at convenience though i'll just tell the cashier to keep the change or end up giving it to one of the bums outside the liquor mart just so I don't have the hassle of carrying around change. If I had a neat piggybank at home it would give me a goal to get it filled.
