I made full vegetarian chili yesterday and much to my surprise it was actually better than the last meat chili I made.

Morningstar burgers crumbled up and habaneros and the usual with kidney beans, shit was outstanding.

and a bunch of leftover morningstar grillers and sausage patties or whatever. I fried them in olive oil, chopped them up and stewed for 1-2hours, it was just perfectly delicious.

I'm going to look for some deals on seitan or TVP and try other veg proteins. problem is they are expensive compared to meat
