Behold my perfectly cooked (med-rare) ribeye. Yours looks okay OP but I don't like a lot of strong flavors on my steak, no matter the cut. Also looks slightly overdone and not rested from what I can see, but your picture sucks. Always show a clear shot of the interior

Why cilantro? If you're as new to cooking steak as you appear to be, just stick to basic flavors. Like salt and pepper. And BEEF.

Chuck the lime, add a light squeeze of lemon juice on both sides.
