Why is spiral pasta worse than tube? It doesn't cook evenly, and it falls apart if its only slightly past al dente.

Penne, rigatoni, etc., you just scoop one shell on each side of the fork

Fusilli, etc., you mash the fork into the bowl and generally nothing will spill onto you before it gets to your mouth

Long pastas are just shit
