What are your favorite things to dehydrate/recipes?

Fruit leather.

I had some eggs that were about to turn, so I used them to make spätzle that I'm now dehydrating for future storage.
I mostly use dry spätzle in soups.

I don't use a dehydrator to dehydrate my stuff, though, because it's not a necessary piece of equipment.

I like dehydrating my special snowflake semen then decorating my house with them, I mount them first in slides then put those slides into picture frames.

MY SEMEN WILL SURVIVE!

hot peppers (generally jalapeno or habanero) from the garden. cut off the stem, dehydrate, grind to powder then put on everything. totally worth it
