People just simply don't want breakfast for lunch, we're conditioned to not want to. I had McDonalds the other day, who literally have total power to do whatever they want to their food and make it as delicious as possible, because it's McDonalds, there is an unwritten rule that your fully aware it's garbage. Even then, the fries were like cardboard and the burger was just a mess and quite bland. Even though for the last maybe 23 years I have just shoved food in me and said yum, if you actually try and taste it and from the beginning really critique it, McDonalds is terrible. Its not that bland, just sloppy. They cant even Fry French Fries correctly. I always see them taking them out like 30 seconds before they're done.

Probably wont save them. No mcmuffins at the one i go to and the sausage and biscuit were sitting out all day I'm pretty sure. This is why no McDs for me. I don't like the breakfast shit, and breakfast time is the only time I'm inclined to get fast food, thus screwed. I used to get Frisch's or Steak & Shake in the morning, that always hit the spot. Greaseball biscuits, undercooked hash yellows, and fake tasting egg product never did it for me.

They should just start using CVAP ovens for cook and hold, and then flash fry everything to order. Especially the burgers.

I saw some hoity-toity restaurant guys sous-viding a burger in butter and then flash frying it, and they were charging like $20 for the final product.

Best thing they could do is simplify their menu and focus on doing the little things right - hot, fresh, burgers, perfect fries, a few chicken and salad options, and simple desserts like shakes and ice cream cones.

They've gone full retard trying to overthink selling burgers and fries and make themselves, who are literally the epitome of fast food in most people's minds, into something they aren't.

but they really didn't do that. they added all day for some of the breakfast menu. but since that is a terrible idea and horrible to say out loud, they just say all day breakfast. they went half way and people obviously are not impressed with that.

My drug dealer gave me a sticker he got on his fries for a free breakfast sandwich, so I just went and got the Bacon, Egg, Sausage and Cheese biscuit.
It's honestly not bad. I mean it's not first class or anything but hey, free is free.
