i really like tamales.

someday i'll get the equipment together and learn how to make them on my own, instead of buying from some guy in the wal-mart parking lot.

i call them parking lot tamales. they're really good. but i feel like i'm begging for hepatitis.

They are not that hard to make you only need Tortilla doug, and one of these. Banana leaf ones are the best in my opinion.

eh I usually get corn but they are usually store bought I suspect, while a few trucks I go to make flour tortillas from scratch and they are so damn good like those

Well, in the end fresh hot made corn tortilla arevthe best. Wheat flour can be eaten but lack the flavor and wholesomeness of corn tortilla. A wheat tortilla its not really a tortilla

not trying to argue tortillas really bro, homemade is good whether they are corn or flour, most trucks here are very affordable and go through too many corn torts to make them by hand, but they make flour by hand and charge a bit more and its worth it to me.
