I can't vouch for others, but I like chocolate in a certain texture. Hersheys is horseshit, but some smoother less waxy chocolate is great. It's a little bitter, a little sweet, and has that fatty texture (i.e., fat content creates a smooth, pleasing coating in the mouth that helps the receptors in the tongue pick up the taste better.)

It's a balance, but chocolate is like a happy blend of all the tastes and textures I like, and can be easily blended with nuts or spices.

This is my go-to for chocolate. Smooth.
