This is stupid to a painful degree. When you collect data in sufficient quantities it ceases to be anecdotal. It's the difference between walking a foot and walking a mile, can you understand that? I suggest reading about statistics, specifically sample size, correlation, and significance because you don't seem to understand any of these concepts at a fundamental level.

I don't rely on other people's anecdotal data for anything that actually matters like food safety and risk to health. That is actually exactly what you expect me to do when you say shit like, "I've eaten 1000 raw burgers and I'm just fine!" or "CDC WRONG" with no substantive evidence.

If someone tells me that resting a steak helps I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and I'll even try it myself to see how it goes. I don't necessarily need a study on that or whatever because the risk of danger is low and it's simple to do myself. Of course if there is a study about it then I'd like to see it because having more data is always a good thing. You don't seem to understand how that works and why data is large quantities is better than in singletons. You also show an inability to understand nuance in a position. Just because I like having data does not mean I require a study for everything--that's an absurd assumption to make.

Personal experience is well and good but you cannot make large-scale predictions, especially of things like risk of illness with a few points of data. It doesn't scale like that and you'll be completely wrong without sufficient data. Hell you could be wrong even with a lot of data but the chances are much, much lower.

Any meat can be eaten raw if it's whole muscle and seared on the outside at a high temperature.

The problem with ground meat is that during the grinding process pathogens that are on the external surface of the meat (which would be killed during searing) become distributed throughout all of the meat, so now the portions of the meat that aren't brought up to 170-180 degrees F or so could actually contain live pathogens.
