Not quite, depending on the initial sugars in the wort some may remain undigested by the yeast as they may be too complex for such organisms and the yeast may lack the metabolic pathway for digesting these sugars. Furthermore, if the fermentation is incomplete then there will be sugars remaining in the alcohol.
Now, I agree that soda will have a higher sugar concentration in it than wine, on average. Sauternes or port being a possible exception.

There's nothing reduced calorie about that unless they are purposely diluting the alcohol content. Vodka has no calories really besides the alcohol. Any alcoholic beverage is mostly alcohol calories.
