It's way better from a can. Too easy to get an old six pack of bottles.

I always ask the guys working at my beer shops for recommendations. They'll point you towards to new stuff. You could also asked for what they have that might be well pre-aged like a good stout.

Had a year old warlock from my local shop. Was perfectly aged and tasted amazing. The spices mellowed and the stout stood out. Really good shit.

Actually, when I take pictures of food, I sharpen the image, reduce the color saturation, and add lightness to the natural highlights made by the light source. Then I blur the edges to make an "out of focus" look on things that aren't the food in question. I usually darken the edges to add to this effect.

I would prefer a thinner slice, but it's old croc aged sharp cheddar, so it's really crumbly when it's thin. Also, it's a nice texture change up amidst the shreddy softness of the tuna, so I really don't mind it.
